Our beautiful girls Charlotte Foster (age 9) and Charisse Foster (age 16) died tragically on Feb. 4, 2022. They will always be close in our hearts and memories, but their deaths leave a wound in our family that won’t ever heal. Charlotte and Charisse had such joyful energy and optimism, with lots of aspirations for the future. Charlotte’s teachers encouraged her talent for painting and drawing. Charlotte was also fearless about sports – doing hoverboard or bike jumps without hesitation. Her contagious sense of humor even attracted passersby to her jokes or riddles. Elder sister Charisse loved riding and caring for horses at a stable near Phoenix. She shared her mother’s talent for doing hair and make-up beautifully, and enjoyed “dolling up” herself and others.
Charlotte and Charisse were joined with their deceased father Steve Foster and were survived by their mother Ashley Mazur (Hill) and step dad Todd Mazur, beloved grandparents Charisse & Preston Hill and Elaine & Jim Foster, loving uncles and aunts Adam Hill (Kate Hill), Andrew Hill (Brandy Hill), John Gibbons (Terry Gibbons), William Foster (Mandy Foster), Patrick Foster and Chris Foster.
A small family memorial service is planned Thursday Feb 10, 2022, and we ask that you allow our family to mourn privately for these two wonderful girls. We hope those who knew Charlotte or Charisse will share a special story or memory of them.
