Glenna Crandall Obituary

 Glenna June Halladay Crandall was born on 16 June 1936 in Los Angeles, California, to Walter McDaniel Halladay and Millie Mae Clark both now deceased. She had one older brother named Walter Halladay (deceased) and one older sister named Mae Marie (Hammond). Then, June joined the family as the middle child followed by two younger sisters named Sheree (Frazier) and Joan (Johnson). June attended High School in Yuma, Arizona. She went by June and was nicknamed lovingly "June Bug." She married Donald Dean Crandall, on 18 June 1953, in the Mesa Arizona Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Don attended Arizona State University. June was his greatest supporter and was constantly by his side cheering him on. They were residents of Mesa for many years. She encouraged Don as an entrepreneur. She is survived by four sons, Donald Dean Crandall Jr. (Karen) of Prescott, Arizona, and David Lynwood Crandall of Prescott, Arizona, and Steven Crandall (Ramona) of Mesa, Arizona and Evan Crandall (Shelley) of Queen Creek, Arizona . They also have three daughters, Cheryl Decker (Ed, deceased) of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda Hammond of Moxee, Washington and Amy Cardiff (David) of Glendale, Arizona. She has 35 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren including one great-great grandson. June was proceeded in death by her husband Donald Dean Crandall who passed away 19 March 2021. She was proceeded in death by her grandsons Lucas and Cody and her great-granddaughter, Alexa. There will be a Grave-Side service on Friday, December 2nd 2022 at 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Genung Memorial Park Cemetery in Peoples Valley, Arizona. 18275 SR-89 Kirkland, Arizona 86332. Following the Grave-Side service, family and friends will gather for lunch and a celebration of life at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 23121 North 67th Ave in Glendale, Arizona at 1 p.m.
