Gordon Benny Hughes

Gordon "Benny" Hughes was born on October 21st, 1943 and passed away on April 14th, 2025.  Benny was an Industrial Electrician, Worked for Companies that built Casinos like Mandalay Bay. Built Processing Plants for Copper Mines around Arizona including one of his favorites, Bagdad, AZ. Benny had a habit of being an hour early to work.

Benny loved and was loyal to his friends and call most on their birthdays. Boston Red Sox a favorite with Ted Williams bein his Idol from first sight. Enjoyed Baseball & Football Trivia.

An active Elks' member, supported different causes and donated items to the auctions for fund raising.

Immediate family that welcomed him to Heaven are son, Randy Hughes, sisters Sandra Amaral and Barbara Holiday.

Surviving Sister Sonja Green, Loyal Friend Betty Hamm, Niece Tonja Temerowski, Nephew Todd Holiday. Son Chato Hughes, Grandson, Jacob Hughes, Army and Law Enforcement. Timmy Hughes of Clearwater, Florida. Daughter, Leona Dowd of Yuma.
