Heidi Rae (Starks) Collier

Heidi Rae Collier was born in Phoenix, Arizona on  November 4, 1938 to Frank and Beatrice Starks.  She passed away at home on November 23, 2021.  Heidi married Chuck on August 9, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona and were married 63 years. Heidi worked for the State of Arizona prior to her marriage.  She enjoyed painting, and working with ceramics and leather.  She was a member of the "Red Hat Ladies."

Services will be held at 2:00 on December 15, 2021 at the National Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona.  

She is survived by her husband Chuck W Collier. Her Daughters Kathy Dawn Halliburton and Kenna Diane Chavez and her son Charles Wesley Collier.
