Ila Faye (Roth) Kremer, 88 years, of Congress, AZ, passed away on April 1, 2026, in her home. She was born in Milford, NE on July 2, 1937 to the late Harry and Velma (Miller) Roth.
In her youth she accepted Christ as her Saviour and was baptized. She was a member of the Berean Mennonite Church in Wickenburg, AZ, where she attended faithfully as health permitted.
On August 12, 1960 she was united in marriage to Larry Kremer at East Fairview Mennonite Church. Together they made their home on a farm east of Milford, and they were blessed with five daughters. Ila was a busy farm wife, mother and homemaker. In 1972 they moved to Arizona when Larry’s health required a drier climate. Over the years she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She cooked good meals, which were enjoyed by all. One of her favorite hobbies was quilting. She enjoyed going to the church sewing circle, quilting and visiting with the church ladies. She blessed her daughters and granddaughters with quilts that she quilted over the years.
Ila is survived by her husband Larry; daughters and son-in-laws, Kay and Bryon Miller of Middlebury, IN; Marlene and Leslie Gingerich of Congress, AZ; Cheryl and Owen Miller of Mt. Olive, MS; Joy Faubel of Coeur D’ Alene, ID; Carole and Steve Rogers of Scottsdale, AZ; 14 grand children and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, brothers and in-laws; sister Carolyn Miller of Millersburg, IN; sister Sharon (Roger) Lehman of Washington Boro, PA; brothers Lonnie Roth, Joseph Roth and Leonard Roth all of Milford, NE; sister-in-law Nancy Roth of Beaver Crossing, NE; brother-in-laws and their wives; Kenneth and Dorothy Kremer, John and Marge Kremer of Milford, NE; David and Patsy Kremer, Stanton, NE; and Virgil Kremer, Milford, NE. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Velma Roth, parents-in-law, LaVern and Ruth Kremer; brothers, sisters and in-laws; Herbert and Jeanene Roth, Cloy and Ora Roth, Gale and Janice Oswald, Roger Roth, Marieta Roth, Larry Miller; son-in-law Matthew Faubel, niece Audrey Roth and nephews Daryl Roth and Brent Kremer.
A viewing will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 at Berean Mennonite Church, 440 America Street, Wickenburg, AZ. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the church with burial to follow at the Congress Cemetery.
