Jay Anthony (aka Gene Diest) 71, passed away at his residence in Prescott, AZ on May 20, 2021 after a lengthy illness. Jay was born in Milwaukee, Wi. He is survived by his brothers David (Connie) Diest, Larry (Wendy) Diest, sister Maryann (Michael) Diest-Zemon. He will be missed by family and friends.
