Miranda Marie (Melugin) Burt, passed away on Feb. 27, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Miranda was born on Sept. 20, 1978, in Prescott, Ariz. She moved to San Diego with her mother at four years old, where she grew up and lived for many years before returning to Arizona. She loved the ocean, spending time with loved ones and friends and was an avid pool player.

Miranda had an impact on each person she interacted with. She always made you feel that you and what you had to say were important to her. She made sure that you knew that she loved you and would often just tell you that out of the blue. She was fun, spirited, kind, full of joy, and a ball of fire that lit up a room and engulfed those around her. She lived her life to the fullest and never met a stranger. However, her greatest joys and accomplishments were her husband and their three beautiful children. She was a very devoted mother and loved her children more than anything, showering them with love and affection every day.
