William "Bill" Chase, 79, of Paulden, AZ, passed away in his home on August 02, 2022.
Bill was born in 1943 to Ronald and Ella Chase in Parsons, West Virginia and grew up in Akron Ohio with his brothers Ronn and Jim. He married his high school sweetheart Susan Shroeder on December 21, 1963, and together they had two children: Deborah Sue and William Edward Chase. After moving to Arizona in 1968 with the Goodyear Aerospace Company, Bill started his first company Dura-Line in 1972 and went on to build a mini-empire of construction companies in both Phoenix and Yuma Arizona. In 1990, he charted a new course and became General Manager of Insituform and later Harbor Master in Ventura and Alameda California. In 1998, he met his second wife Carolyn Wood-Hindle who he married on September 21, 2001. He is survived by his wife Carolyn, children (Debbie and Bill), grandkids (Connor, Rebecka, Alex, William and Flynn), great grandkids (Emalyn and William) and brothers (Ronn and Jim).
